4.1 Bidding
If auctions are offered, you agree that:
- Your bid is binding
- You will pay the final bid amount plus any applicable taxes/fees
- You will follow any posted auction rules and deadlines
4.2 Winning Bids
Winning bidders will be notified via the contact details provided. Payment must be completed within 72 hours.
4.3 Item Descriptions
Auction items are provided “as is” unless otherwise stated. We try to ensure accuracy of descriptions, but we do not guarantee that all descriptions, images, or details are error-free.
4.4 No Chargebacks for Valid Purchases
You agree not to initiate a chargeback for a legitimate winning bid or valid purchase. If there is a dispute, please contact us first so we can work to resolve it.
5. Payments
Payments are processed securely through PayPal. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.
By making a purchase, you also agree to PayPal’s applicable terms and policies.
6. Taxes
